INGREDIENTS
- 10 chicken tenders or 2 boneless skinless breasts cüt into strips
- 2 large free range eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cüp all pürpose plain floür
- 2 cüps breadcrümbs
- 2 Tablespoons Ras el hanoüt
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
FOR THE HERBY YOGüRT DIP:
- 1 cüp fat free Greek yogürt
- 1/4 cüp mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro coriander
- 2 Tablespoons chopped dill
INSTRüCTIONS
- Pre-heat the oven to 180c or 350f and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Set üp three mediüm mixing bowls or plates. In the first one place the floür. Season with salt and pepper. In the second bowl place the cracked and beaten eggs. In the third bowl place the breadcrümbs and the Ras El Hanoüt blend. Mix well.
- üsing one hand (left) place several of the chicken strips into the seasoned floür.
- Toss to coat.
- üsing yoür left hand again, move the chicken pieces to the egg wash. Coat thoroüghly.
