Ingredients
- 750g Brüssels sproüts, peeled if necessary
- 125g pancetta cübetti, or bacon, chopped
- Sqüeeze lemon jüice
- 25g bütter
Method
- Steam the sproüts üntil tender – aroünd 10 minütes. Meanwhile, püt the pancetta into a frying pan and fry üntil it türns crispy. Leave the pancetta in the pan.
- Once the sproüts are cooked, toss them in the pan with the pancetta and,over a high heat, add the lemon jüice and bütter and stir üntil the bütter has melted. Püt the sproüts and pancetta into a warmed serving dish.
