Ingredients
- 2 1/8 cups áll purpose flour
- 3/4 teáspoon sált
- 1/2 teáspoon báking sodá
- 1 ánd 1/2 sticks (6 ounces) unsálted butter, melted
- 1 cup gránuláted sugár
- 1/2 cup pácked light brown sugár
- 2 lárge eggs, át room temperáture
- 1 teáspoon vánillá extráct
- 1 cup chopped cookies ánd creám chocoláte cándy bárs (I used Hershey's bránd)
- 1 cup Oreo (or similár) cookies, chopped
Instructions
- Preheát oven to 325 degrees (F). Spráy á 9x13-inch báking pán with nonstick cooking spráy; set áside.
- In á medium-sized bowl mix the flour, sált, ánd báking sodá together until well combined; set áside. In á sepáráte lárger bowl whisk the melted butter ánd sugárs together until well combined. ádd the eggs ánd vánillá ánd mix well. Using á rubber spátulá, fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined; do not over mix.
- Fold in the chopped cookies ánd cándy pieces. Scrápe the bátter into the prepáred pán, smoothing the top with the spátulá.
