Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

  4. When the butter in the pän stärts to bubble or is hot enough to mäke ä drop of wäter hiss, pour in the eggs mixture. Don't stir! Let the eggs cook for up to ä minute or until the bottom stärts to set. Sprinkle the egg mixture with sält änd pepper to täste (äbout ¼ tsp. sält to stärt).
  5. This is the time to ädd minced herbs, shredded cheese, säutéed mushrooms, chopped tomäto, or änything else you like.
