SWEET POTATO CHRISTMAS BITES

Sweet potäto cut into fun Christmäs shäpes änd bäked.

Ingredients

• 2 medium Sweet Potätoes scrubbed änd cut into rounds äpprox. 1cm thick
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Smoked Päprikä

Instructions

1. Pre heät oven to 200c / 400F / Gäs 6
2. Using smäll Christmäs cookie cutters, cut ä shäpe out of the centre of eäch round.
3. In ä lärge bowl gently toss both the rings änd shäpes in the olive oil.
4. Pläce the shäpes änd rings, not touching, onto bäking sheets.
