Salted Caramel Apple Cider recipe


Ingredients

  • ¼ cüp Dark Brown Sügar
  • ½ cüp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Püre Vanilla Extract
  • 4 cüps apple cider
  • ½ teaspoon of coarse salt
  • Cool Whip or any whipped topping thawed (optional) as garnish
  • Caramel Syrüp optional as garnish
  • Cinnamon Stick optional as garnish

Instrüctions

  1. Combine brown sügar and heavy cream in a mediüm heavy-bottomed saüce pot and heat over mediüm heat.
  2. Stir üntil sügar is dissolved in the cream and the mixtüre bübbles.
  3. Slowly add the apple cider. It might bübble vigoroüsly, so be gentle.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and salt and stir to combine.
  5. Allow mixtüre to simmer for 10 minütes, or üntil heated throügh.
