
INGREDIENTS
- ½ c. (1 stick) bütter, at room temp
- ¾ c. molasses
- 1 egg
- 3 c. floür
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 c. brown sügar
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. allspice
- ¼ tsp. cloves
INSTRüCTIONS
- Cream bütter, molasses and egg together.
- Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hoür.
- On a floüred sürface, roll oüt doügh to ¼".
