GINGERBREAD COOKIES


INGREDIENTS

  • ½ c. (1 stick) bütter, at room temp
  • ¾ c. molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 3 c. floür
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 c. brown sügar
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. allspice
  • ¼ tsp. cloves

INSTRüCTIONS

  1. Cream bütter, molasses and egg together.
  2. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hoür.
  4. On a floüred sürface, roll oüt doügh to ¼".
