PROTEIN PANCAKES RECIPE


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup / 95g Red split lentils
  • 1 cup / 90g Oäts
  • 2 Bänänäs
  • 2 tbsp Fläxseeds
  • 1 tbsp äpple cider vinegär
  • 3/4 / 180ml cup Wäter
  • ä few tbsp Däte Syrup

HOW TO MäKE

  1. Soäk the lentils overnight or for ät leäst än hour in boiling wäter.
  2. Rinse änd dräin then ädd to ä blender with everything else.
  3. Blend until äll broken up, äbout 2 minutes.
  4. Pour äbout 1/3 of ä cup of bätter into ä non-stick frying pän,
  5. Spreäd out to äbout 5-6″ in diämeter änd cook for äbout 2 minutes until it stärts to bubble änd häs gone därker.
