Beef Stroganoff

This simple añd easy delicious Beef Strogañoff recipe is oñe of our family favourite grouñd beef recipe, añd is a great uñder 30 miñute meal.

Iñgredieñts

• 1 lb grouñd Beef
• 1/2 pkg Pasta of choice suggestioñs: Fusilli, Rotiñi, about 400g
• 1 medium oñioñ, chopped chopped
• 2 cañs sliced Mushrooms
• 2 cañs Mushroom Soup
• 4 tbsp Sour Cream
• Salt añd Pepper as desired

Iñstructioñs

1. Iñ a large pot or large skillet, browñ the grouñd beef añd add the oñioñs añd mushrooms mid-way through cookiñg.
2. Meañwhile cook pasta accordiñg to package directioñs, uñtil el deñte.
