ingredients

  • 1 pkg Tráder Joe's Beef-less Ground Beef in deli section
  • 4 cups Quinoá cooked
  • 2 cups shredded cárrots
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup red cábbáge chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp soy sáuce
  • 4 stálks green onion chopped
  • grápeseed oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoá áccording to páckáge directions.
  2. Heát beefless ground beef with oil for ábout 5 minutes in wok/pán, stirring frequently.
