DRAGON FRUIT MOJITOS

A delicious, refreshing exotic cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 of a Dragon Fruit, diced
• 1/2 of a lime, cut into quarters
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 7-8 mint leaves
• 2 ounces silver rum
• cluß soda
• mint leaves and lime wedge, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a shaker, add the lime and sugar.  Muddle until the sugar is dissolved. 
2.  Add the mint leaves and Dragon Fruit and muddle until all is macerated.  
3. Add the rum and fill with ice.
4. Shake vigorously until thoroughly mixed.
