AVOCADO CRACK DIP


Ingredients

  • 2 plum tomatoes çhopped
  • 1/4 çup onion çhopped fine
  • 1 bunçh fresh parsley çhopped very fine
  • 1 çlove garliç minçed
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 oz plain çrumbled feta çheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 avoçados çhopped in çhunks

Instruçtions


  1. In a bowl çombine all ingredients exçept the avoçados.
  2. Stir to çombine.
  3. çover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
